  10. Spoon about one tablespoon of the batter into the skillet and lightly form into a pancake.
  11. Fry the pancakes for about 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
  12. Place the finished pancakes on paper towels to drain.
  13. Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
