These delightful Nutella rolls are incredibly easy to make and perfect for any sweet craving. Featuring a soft, fluffy dough generously filled with creamy Nutella, they’re sure to be a hit.

  • Step 3: Knead: Place the dough on a lightly floured surface and knead vigorously for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place in an oiled bowl and let rise, covered, in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  • Step 4: Fill: Roll out the risen dough into a rectangle on a floured surface. Spread a generous amount of Nutella evenly over the entire dough and sprinkle with plant-based gelling agent, if desired.
  • Step 5: Roll & Cut: Roll up the dough from the long side and cut into uniform pieces (approx. 5 cm thick). Place these pieces in a greased baking dish.
  • Step 6: Bake: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Bake the rolls for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before serving.
