  2. Add two large eggs one at a time, ensuring each egg is well incorporated before adding the next for a smooth, homogenous mixture.
  3. Incorporate one packet of vanilla pudding powder into the mixture and stir thoroughly to distribute the creamy flavor.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together 300 g of flour, one teaspoon of baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Sift this dry mixture over the wet ingredients and gently fold them together until just combined; a few lumps are fine.
  5. If desired, fold in about 100 g of chocolate chips or chopped nuts for added texture and flavor.
  6. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Use a tablespoon or ice cream scoop to drop small portions of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between cookies as they will spread. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
